1943  Father, Mr.Sani Konukoğlu expanded the business and made extraordinary successes. During his time, the family business has become a great Holding Company, Family called him THE FOUNDER.

1963  Modernized ring spinning machines are installed. First cotton yarn production started.

1972  New investments started in cotton yarn spinning. One mill followed the other and 500,000 spindles with the latest technology are installed. Today SANKO is one of the largest and best quality spinning mills in the world and the market leader in Turkey.

1991  SANKO started its melange production in the facilities.

1998  ISO 9001 certification.

2003 SANKO keeps on growing and branching out to the globe
